Data Entry / Scheduling

Fundraising is a vital part of our organization as we receive no governmental funds. Serving as a member on the Fundraising Committee and assistance at Fundraising Events are both very needed.
Transport Adoptable Animals

Staff Cat Adoption Events
Held on Saturdays and Sundays at The Cattery in the San Juan PetSmart, volunteers give out Ark information, allow potential adopters to interact with the cats, and answer questions. Training is provided.
Staff Dog Adoption Events
Held on Saturdays at various locations in San Juan. Volunteers set up, give out Ark information, answer questions, accept adoptive applications, and tear down at the end of the event. Training is provided and these events are vital to finding the animals homes.
Staff Booth at Community Events
The Ark participates in a number of community events, such as the San Juan Summer Nites concerts, Bark, Biscuit and Brew, Low cost spay and neuter clinics and so on. All of these need Ark representatives to promote our organization and provide information to the community.
